Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customers to understand their needs and build long-term relationships.
- Present suitable solutions and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Conduct outbound calls using provided leads and additional data sources.
- Regularly follow up with both new prospects and current clients to maintain engagement.
- Deliver customer service that aligns with company quality standards.
- Stay proactive, confident, and goal-oriented to consistently achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (such as MBA, BBA, B.Tech, BA, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to maintain at least 4 hours of active call time each day.
- Mandatory language skills: English and either Hindi or Kannada; knowledge of Tamil or Telugu is an added advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel and Word.
- Willingness to work a 9-hour shift between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Comfortable working six days a week with one weekday off.
